The Four Hour Work Week - Tim Ferris

by Gopal Ramasammy-Cook (Career-Creative Coach, ZestWare)

In the following video clip, Tim Ferris, Author of The Four Hour Work Week tells us how to step back, get unplugged, and get more productive, effective, and unstressed.

In my opinion, Tim's message is not merely about working less, but about giving yourself more time to do the things you are passionate about and which seem less like work and more like play. It's also about bringing more balance into your life for relationships, time with your children, leisure activities, travel, learning, creative endeavors, and personal development. Above all else, it is about choice and possibility.

In the following video, he provides a similar summary of principles with a few more illustrations.
